Parti: I used the RHYTHM (frequency) to separate two sides which are Manhattan and Brooklyn. The curve lines described how rhythm move. Since i chose the Brooklyn Site, i want to use my opera house to connect to the river (water waving).

These are very interesting sketches, but can you take one and work on plan and section? The next step would be to build a scale model on the site using the 85' height limit at the street walls, while keeping the ideas in these sketches and models below that you have selected to explore.
